| I agree with Mr.SANJAY DIXIT. In my opinion writ jurisdiction should be given to district courts also for rendering speedy justice and to facilitate general public at large. | |

| According to population increase, according to pendency of cases and according to requirement of time; we need more number of courts with judicial officers with full efficiency. NO NEED TO INCREASE THE RETIREMENT AGE OF JUDGES OF ANY CADRE. (In my views it should be reduced to 60 years.). Instead transparency should be initiated in elevation of High Court Judges. | |
