Its true and horrible. In small towns the conditions are intolerable. Hundreds of times people complained and I do not know why administrative bodies keep mum on this issue. I have some photographs relating to this issue however I do know how can I post them for this matter. I would like to share with you.

Yes, courts do lack basic infrastructure. The courts in the big cities and better equipped than the courts in smaller cities. But basic infrastructure like rest rooms and wash areas are filthy, with less or sometimes no maintenance at all.Lack of drinking, cramped parking spaces, lack of seating places for both lawyer's and general public, poorly maintained canteens ,lack of security, poor building maintenance ,are all a causes of concern.

we need protection within the court arena.recently in chinchura(west bengal) an incident has takes place, where a witness has been shooted out by the accused within the court room before the ho'ble Judge. so we are not safe.the administration should take care.

I agree with Mr.Praveen Kr. Aggarwal, however the courts need better facilities than at present. More particularly when any original documents filed by any party in to the court in his case, if any of the document misplaced in court / file, there is no facilities or guidelines for reconstruction of the document. There should be a procedure for scanning of the documents when those filed at first time in to the file / court.

Even in our district there is not an enough space for Lawyers to sit, although they had called for strike many times but no action has been taken yet....i hope the concerned authorities will take care of courts as well, which is one of the essential pillar of democracy..

Lower courts in Bangalore are poor in infrastructure. Lack of cleanliness in wash rooms and poor maintenance of buildings make it look like dungeons rather than Courts.

Even some Bar Associations lack toilet and Bathroom facilities. Similarly drinking water is also not available. In recent edition of Hindu daily, a news coverage was there regarding the bad condition of Court around Chennai
