| Law and order will maintain only by fear. Once upon a time one constable control one lakh people, but not now, because no fear on police. Likewise punishment should be heavy. | |

| NO ONE CAN RIGHT TO KILL ANYBODY,EVENTHOUGH THE HABITUAL OFFENDERS ARE NOT PUNISH THROUGH DEATH SENTENCE, BECAUSE ONCE THEY FEEL IF THEY PUNISH THEY WILL NOT FEEL FOR THE PAST, FOR INSTANCE, WE WILL PUT THEM OTHER THAN DEATH SENTENCE THEY WILL RECALL THEIR FAULT,THAT IS DEMOCRACY. | |
