Is Baba Ramdev legally right to raise an army?

If Baba Ramdev is allowed to raise an army then what is need of a democratically elected Government? If so, it is better to tear off the Constitution of India. I cannot go with either of s.m.laxmi, J.P.Shah, pradip shah, adv. rajeev or the likes. I am not in support of corruption but saying about raising an army is certainly an act that goes against internal security of our country. We must not forget the fanatics from either the Hindus or the Muslims. Baba's declaration is a kind of fanaticism which should be checked for the sake of this country.

If Baba Ramdev raises an army, then it would certainly be against the integrity of India. The prime question coming to mind is "How & Why & under Whose influence Baba Ramdev is thinking to raise an army?" The next obvious question is "What wrong the Naxalites have done by raising an army & Why joint forces are still in Bengal?" Can Baba Ramdev answer the same in a fair manner?

The Defence and Law & Order are State subjects as per the Constitution. Keeping private armies with out the consent of the government(eg private security agencies), for whatever cause, are illegal. Even the registered Security Agencies have limited role. Baba's contention was that his private army of volunteers will resist the events of Ram-lila Ground i.e. they will resist Police to take any action against Baba, is completely illegal.

He should just teach yoga and his followers should just learn yoga and not further his ambitions of joining politics. He cannot beat Anna Hazare. He is just being theatrical and dramatic and the media focusses on him unnecessarily.

This is totally against natural justice of law and violation of Indian Constitution. He should have not told that, he must apologize for that. He is not the above law, everyone is under law. Let him disclose how he become CORADPATHI...I heard that he has assets all over world around Rs.1,300/- corors.... Where and what is the income for him, why dont he disclose who gifted money...Who he is there behind him...However, I support the issue but I not support the way is going. How come this person become corodapthi .....let him give it to poor people of India. Is ready for it...why should he purchase 700 acres in foreign couturiers. He should have distribute the gifted money to poor of India. Why he is unable to do this...they why is showing as HEREO against corruption. I would have appropriated him if he would have saved our Poor People.

THIS QUESTION IS INCOMPLETE! IF YOU R SAYING ARMY TO SELF DEFENDER THEN IT IS PROVIDED IN 95 TO SEC-106 IPC! WHOLE CORPORATE SECTORS HV THERE OWN SEQUERTY GAURDS AS THEY HV VEPONS ALSO, SO IF BABA SAYS IT IN THE MATTER OF SELF DEFENCE THEN IT IS O.K.

It is violation of democratic norms when a citizen threatens to raise an armed rebellion with 11,000 people. He can be put behind bars under many sections in IPC for proclaiming that. Against Constitution.

But if govt behaves dictatorially, common Indian will be forced to resort to such retaliations.

Yes. There is a war to be fought against corruption, but not with weapons or army.
