i think it was failure of govt and more police and cbi ar vry buzy in investiagting our polyicans even thoe govt made many policies to kep chck on teroist it failed..

It’s not due to only policy failure but lack of highly trained professional and need of high quality of technology & requirement of source of informer and quick step / action on terrorist who are in custody of India.

Need to tighten security in India. Maintaining Law and order is a big task for a big city like Mumbai. But Government need to give protection for each and every citizen. So Government has to take responsibility

This is not policy failure of the govenment. It seems as lacuna in the investigation and inteligence agency.
