What is the guarantee that all PMs will really be honest in future?

Because it is shameful to appear before courts as a culprit, PM shall have the responsibility to be clean handed. Let that fear be there. Let him be included in the Lokpal Bill.

Prime minister is not a down to earth person, He also a human being. As long as the politicans are clean what is the need for any speciallegislation empowering some person to enquire into the affairs of politicans. Every citizen in our country is responisble for corruption in this country. Ultimately Every politican irrespective of their position must come under preview of lokpal Billand must come clean and stand as example to every citizen

it is correct decision to exclude P.M.from lokpal as it is shameful for pm to appear before police and any other agency , dignity and integrity of post of PM is supreme and post of super pm is fatal to country.

Looking at the present scenario it is not correct to exclude P.M. from Lokpal. It will be like a Lokpal without effective powers to curb the corruption. The very purpose of the Bill would be denied.

Prime Minister too works for the country like any other common man.He holds office as per the constitution of India and No office or person is above the constitutional Machinery. Its not Mr. ManMohan Singh who is under the Lokpal Bill but the Post of Prime Minister. So There has to be a mechanism to curb the top level corruption.
