498a case with misspelt respondent name.

One of my cousin brother moved to overseas in 2009, his wife was not willing to join him and filed 498A ,418 , 420 , 506 case in 2012. My cousin did not receive any summons ,
but when checked online next hearing purpose in April 2018  says : Issue BW/NBW.
When we checked online we found that respondent name spells with extra one alphabet .( Balakrishna instead of Balkrishna). Is there any problem if he travels India. He didnot travel India from 2009 (He is overseas citizen)
Please advise what to do ?

The error of one alphabet does not matter!

The litigants can point for correction.

Apparently the court require the spouse to appear for certain clarifications…

Discuss whole matter in person with very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt .

Your lawyer can check what all has been done to service the summons and also update you on what next can happen..!
