Can the Police serve the summons on an organisation to provide a copy of the internal official reports/ Documents under Sec 91 CRPC based on the complaint filed by one of its employees against a third party where the oganisation is in no way connected or involved?

Yes,police can serve the summon to organisation to provide them any document which is required for their investigation u/s 91 of Cr.P.C
