Hi,
I have just taken posession of my flat in Ghaziabad, and was really taken back with the exhorbitant charges that are being levied by the builder ..i.e around Rs 1.50/sqft ... the club charges of around 7000 per year are also mandatory even if I dont use the club ..
In govt electricty he is charging Rs 65/KW per month and around 4 Rs/KVAH (instead of 2.80/KW ) and not giving any bill for the same ..
For power backup he charged installation of Rs 20000 + Service tax per KW , then Rs 100/KW monthly charge and Rs 12 /unit usage charge . He is also not providing any separate meter for Govt electricity/power backup . The only meter is locked up somewhere inside a common area..
Also there is nothing inside the flat which tells whether I am running on power backup or not ..
After all this I am paying around 4000-5000 per month as maintenance for my own flat ...
Is there any way I can challenge all these charges as the builder is not listening to my plea..Any way out on this will be highly appreciated ...
