Accident case

you have alreadychallnged eecision in high court,. you have and advocate I believe.  He knows full facts of the case.  No person can gujide better.

the case is in under scruitiny means what is the reason does the case was properly filed or not there is any delay 

it is yet in the sr stage 

means it is on the registrars table and discuss with your lawyer properly what you want and give your points 

FIR has nothing to do in MACT case, court should have not rejected the same only on the ground that FIR was not registered. However, Reason for rejection may be lack of proof of accident on merit.
