Administration of woman's share of father's legacy by male s

Traditionally in India male members used to inherit father's legacy denying women siblings any share. But now women legally inherit a share of father's property. It is also recognised that male relatives denied women their rightful share. Women could also be under threat (real OR imaginary) NOT to contest.

Under these circumstances is it correct to allow male siblings to administer father's legacy particularly if one of the female siblings has NOT given consent? Should a judge give a ruling allowing a male sibling to administer father's legacy (movale assets)? Is it NOT more prudent to order financial instermediary to administer such property?
