Hi, I have adopted a baby girl from an adoption agency, They have given us a foster care agreement and we filed the case in the court (Alwar, Rajasthan), we have a hearing on 12th August 2015 (It is mentioned as Evidence Stage). What are the various stages that we have to undergo to get the final decree and the birth certificate of the baby in our name.
