Is anyone know about the case pending in the Supreme Court or any other Court challenging the proposal of the Bar Council of India reargding Age Bar criteria i.e. 20 years for B.A.L.L.B. (5yrs.) & 30 Years for L.L.B. (3yrs).
Or Supreme Court of India or any other Court Give Stay upon this case.
Plz give me complete detail about this case. i.e. case no. etc.
