Agreement of sale

Sir

During the life time of my father there was a court case on the property against my fathers brother (uncle)and his sister it was our ancestor property the case was actually fought by we children.(because grand children has the right to ancestor property)my Father has not contributed a single pie in this property. While the case was in high court a sale agreement on Rs 100 stamp paper was executed by my father in 2003 in which we all children (all were major)have also signed, the high court order came to an end in November 2013 in our favor now my fathers sister has approached Supreme court. In the sale agreement it is mentioned that once the high court case is disposed it may be registered in the favor of the purchaser  (that is the time frame mentioned ). Now I want to know 1) Can a agreement of sale made when a case is in process is valid. 2)Now the case has gone to Supreme court will that agreement still be valid if not please state the law or any Judgement. 3)Since it is on a Rs 100 paper is there any time frame. 4) Do we have to send any notice or go to court file a case what would be the best solution. I will be most obliged for the answers

In the sale agreement it is mentioned that once the high court case is disposed it may be registered in the favor of the purchaser  (that is the time frame mentioned )

Since this clause is mentioned, it is valid.
