Dear Sir,
We have agricultural land in thane district of maharashtra, which we cultivate from the period of Great Grandpa i.e. since 1930. But the same land is not registered in the name of my family.It is registered in the name of our neighbourhood farmer. He is paying the taxes. But we are cultivating the land from so many years & now wants to registered the land. But the owner is showing claim on the land. what should we do? can he grab that land? how can we get the ownership of the land.
