am I eligible for OBC non Creamy layer

Sir, my father is a government teacher in the state of Telangana who's salary is around 8 lakhs per annum. He has no other source of income.Am I eligible for OBC non Creamy layer reservation.

The orders regarding creamy layer are issued by the Department of Personnel & Training.

It is felt that upward revision to Rs.10lacs/pa is not notified.

Sir I was still confused about my job class, as my father they don't have any class, IAM preparing for government job and this issue is disturbing me.
