Ancestoral property can be willed

A is father, B is elder son (mentally ill.. not by birth bt in because of an incident), C is younger son.

Ancestoral property... jo A ko uske father ke expire ho jane ki wajah se inherit hui hai..

B ki problem ka fayda utha kar C ne A ko behla-fusla kar B k against kar k ancestoral property ka vasiyat nama apni wife aur apne baccho k naam ka banwa liya hai;.

jo ancestoral property hai... wo ancestors se chali aa rahi hai.. uski poori entry hai.

A mere dada ji hain

B mere papa hain

C mere chahca hain

mere papa mentally ill hain.... is case mein main kya karu?
