Ancestral property

Dear Sir

We have a 900 sq ft.  plot purchase by my grand father. He constructed two houses over it. Now

left us ( he is dead ) . He has two sons my father and my uncle along with these two he has  3 step daughters. total five children.

Grandfather wrote will on the name  of father and uncle to distribute the house equally among them. My uncle  purchase his own house. And uncle took 3-4  lacs from father and transferred his  right  over this grandfather`s  house to my  father`s name with registry in registrar office ( in that registry they declared that they don`t have any sisters)  . this all happened 5-7 years back from now.

Problem is that we are hearing that  now uncle , their children  and  father`s three sisters are going  to claim their share.

can you tell that after registry , they are having any right over this house.

pls. reply.

thnks

au
