Appeal against removal of service psu

I am afraid that there is a time limit from receiving of such order for appeal to appellate authority.  In case of no time mentioned, it should be treated as 3 years.  File this as grievance in pgportal and seek their guidance, as your employer was PSU. Do this without expecting any positive result, as employer may not appreciate coming and leaving the PSU as employee likes is not treated as discipline.

Forget it. Not eligible now after 4 years.

Is there any specific reason that you felt the need to appeal against the removal order after 4 years, but not when you were removed from service?
