Appointment letter issue

Please suggest me that in our School's Teachers appointment letter we have claerly mention the condition for 1 month notice for teachers before leaving the job midsession. If they do so school can demand for 3 months salary. So in such cases if any teacher left the job midsesssion without notice. What should be the next step for the school against that teacher's  misconduct. Appoint letter is considered an authenticate legal document in that case or not ?

If Notice Period as mentioned in appointment letter is 1 month employer can claim one month notice pay and not for 3 months.Employer may adjust notice pay and encash paid leave in FNF statement/settlement.

Notice period/pay should be same for employer and employee.

If employee has agreed to terms and conditions employee may agree for notice pay @ Basic+DA
