Authorization to issue Search Report

Hello & Good morning Everybody!

Pls. help me to clear the matter.

I'm a Law Graduate &  working with the co. as a Legal Manager. Due to employment, I have not obtained the SANAD, (i.e. I'm not registered with the Bar Council of the State.)  My Question is:

1.Whether I have an authority to issue  Search Report of the property?

2.Is there is any kind of penalty/offence if I have issued such Search Report of the Property?

3. Is there is any provision in the  Advocates Act, that only the Advocates who obtained the SANAD & who are engaged in Full time Court Practice only have the authority to issue the Search Report of the Property? If yes, then pls. quote the section/ provision no.

4. If the answer of the above question is not, then what precautions should I take for preparing the Search Report of the Property ?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Pashyanti

Search report is based on law and not just a roving inquiry, and I do agree with Skjadvt@.gmailcom
