Bar Council hasfixed December 5,2010 as the date of first Bar entranceExam. Form is alrady displayed. Feeis Rs. 1300 including course material. It will be open book exam of 100 questions.. Pass% will be decided by the Council. Whether there will be negative marking isnot yet certain. Students passing from as from 209-10 and thereafter will have to first enrol with the Bar Council , then apply for exams.

Of course this applies to students graduating from academic year 2009-10 onwards.
Moreover one should have the State Bar Council Enrollment Certificate with him....
So a lot of people would not be able to apply as they will not be enrolled before the last date of submission of Application.
