Can I Bifurcate minimum wages into Basic, HRA, COnveyance Allowance and Medical Allowance?
For E.G. 295 is minimum wagws now can i do as bellow
Basic : 150
HRA : 60
Medical : 30
Conveyance : 55

Minimum wages means you have to pay sum over and above of a particular salary. As per your query what you have mentioned that are the other allowance including basic salary. But only Rs. 150 is minimum wages.

EPFA Tribunal vide order dated 30.11.2015 has permitted splitting of minimum wages for PF purpose. Earlier Punjab & Haryana High Court in its order dated 20.7.2011 had also permitted splitting of minimum wages. However, the matter is presently pending before Supreme Court for final decision.
