Dear All,
There is a school in Aligarh which is charging 2500 from it's teachers for Uniform (Saree, Unstiched blouse, etc), is it legal?
As far as I know the employer is bound to provide dress material & pay for stiching if calling for Uniform dress code

Chck thr rules from officials under State Education Act, Board with which the school is affilliated.
