Can Society Sell Private Terrace

Our society is registered on 1981 co-operative societies act

there is a private terrace on 1st floor attached to Flat 1,2 owned by me, this terrace is above shops 8,9,10.

there is no access by society, other than me.(PRIVATE TERRACE)

Now the society says to buy the terrace. is it Legal to buy a private terrace. Can the SALE be made in A.G.M of society by a Majority.

can i register the sale Made.

To own the terrace, the prospective buyer should have UDS of the property. If there is no UDS in his name, he cannot get ownership, but only possession.
