I had bought a second sale flat property at chennai from a Owner back in Dec 2010 and i had also paid Rs 50000 extra for allotment of a car park in the flat.
I had got the car park 10x10 registered in my name along with the house/property registration. The other flat owners in the premises have not paid any amount for car park or they do not have one cark park registered in thier name. They have occupied the car park on first cum first occupy basis. The builder had not alloted any car park the time when the other owners occupied.
Now I do not have a car park whereas the guy who resides in the first floor has occupied 2 car parks (including the one alloted to me). He is not willing to shift his vehicle. He has occupied 2 slots and claims that since he owns two houses (first floor 2 houses) he is entitled to use both the car parks. I contacted the builder he confirmed that it was not alloted to any one except me.
Experts please guide me how to handle this.
