Dear sir
one year before I purchased a flat in Manikonda with G+3 including car parking. the appartment contains penthouse also.. only 8 parking space is available.,which is not alloted to the owners. I am the first purchaser for the whole appartment ,by the the time I purchased the flat I informed the builder that I need the particular space for car parking and the builder agreed.there is no written document.Legally I want to know
1.The method of car parking.
2.Parking spaces are not equal size.
3.Will the penthouse owner get parking space?(only 8 spaces )
Please can I get legal solution on the above issues.?kindly suggest me.
