I bought a plot in Bangalore in a layout which is approved by BDA. When I went to the layout the other day I see that somebody had scribbled something like 'OS 1978/79' probably a case he might have filed claiming that the layout is his property. Can somebody help me as how do I find details of this case?
The layout falls under panchayat. Can I go ahead and construct the house in such scenario? I guess there is no stay order
