Please advise , under private limited company , if need to do a cash sale to unregsitered dealer or to a individual person .
1.Will this come under retail sale ? ( if yes do one has to take a seprate Vat no ?)
2.Can company do a cash sale to unregistered company or to individual person by charging Vat applicable ?
