Certified copies of documents from court though rti

Respected Members,

I have One question Please suggest me what should I do.

Can I obtain the Certified copies of the Documents submitted in the Writ Petition -C, in allahabad High Court through RTI. I have tried with Lawyer also but he could not get it as the department answered that the files has been sent for the scanning purpose as the case was 3 years old in 2014. I am living in delhi. Case was filed by my wife and her previous husband in 2014 and was also decided in 2014, and protection was allowed to them.

and If someone can help please let me know who is in Allahabad High Court.

You can get copies of judgment through RTI, may not be certified copies. If you get them through RTO, it may be as good as certified, I am not sure. You should get it within 30 days through RTI.
