dear sir,
i have worked in chate academy fpr the month of may, june july 2010 at salary of rs 5000 per month however they paid me for first two months in september saying that they dont have money to may me the whole amount n promised me to pay the remaining amount of rs. 5000 the next month n evrytime i enquire they told me they dont have money now like this they kept avoiding now its nearly one year. is there any way i can make them pay the money with interest.
REGARDING THE NON PAYMENT OF SALARY,KINDLY NOTE THAT.
1 YOU HAVE WORKED FOR THREE MONTHS AND THE SAID OTHERSIDE HAD PAID FOR TWO MONTHS AND AVOIDING PAYMENT OF THIRD MONTH.YOU MAY SEND A DETAILED LEGAL NOTICE TO THE SAID ORGANISATION MENTIONING ALL FACTS AND DEMAND THE PAYMENT OF SAID AMOUNT OF ARREARS OF SALARY.YOU MAY SEND THE SAID NOTICE BY SPEED POST A.D. AND AFTER NOTICE PERIOD IS OVER MAY FILE A CIVIL SUIT IN COURT .YOU WILL SUCCEED.
2.IN CASE YOU NEED HELP IN SENDING THE SAID NOTICE YOU MAY KINDLY MENTION ALL DETAILS FROM THE DATE OF APPOINTMENT AND DETAILS OF NAME AND ADDRESS OF ORGANISATION AND ALSO SEND YOUR DETAILS ,WILL SEND YOU DETAILED REPLY GOOD LUCK.

thank you very much sir for ur guidance. two i again went to them they told to talk to main branch which i refused n went to labour comission for the same and they have directed the institute to pay the cheque to me tomorror at their office lets see what happens. this institute has really harrased like hell. thanks again sir.
