What is the court fee payable in case cheque bounce 138 case in state of Maharastra ?

Also is there any concession available for senior citizens in this court fee in maharastra since the person is senior citizen.

I am complainant from Ahmednagar near Pune but need to file case in Pune as the accused has given Pune cheque.

In Maharashtra court fees are more are less same for cheque bounce 138 case and civil summery suit.

In other states only ONE or TWO rupees are charged for NI 138 cases not so in Maharashtra.

So you can file summery suit at your place or if you can afford expanses than only file both cases.
