We had paid a sum of Rs.16,100/- through State Bank of Mysore, Bangalore on 29th June 2015 (a year ago) for obtaining plan approval and registration for 3 years from the Department of Factories, Boilers, Industrial Safety and Health.
The relevant documents were also uploaded on their official website. However due to difference of opinion in the management, the documents were withdrawn.
We have again resubmitted the documents and uploaded the same on their official website. The Department is asking us to pay a sum of Rs.5700/- towards registration and plan approval. They are informing that the payment made earlier cannot be considered. However they are informing that the same will be adjusted during renewal.
Is this correct. What documents should we collect from the Department.
