VIDE REGISTRATION NO. XXXXXX DATED. XX.XX.1988 A NEW TRIBUTORY ESTABLISHED IN 1994 WITH ANOTHER REGN. NO.YYYYYY DTD. .XX.1994. THE NAME OF THE NEW SOCIETY GIVEN AS
ABC CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LIMITED (VIBHAG I) AS PER THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY ACT
A NAME RESEMBLING TO AN EXISTING NAME CANNOT BY PROVIDED TO ANY OTHER SOCIETY. BUT IT CAN BE DONE ONLY AFTER THE DISSOLUTION OF THE OLD SOCIETY. THEN THE BUILDER HAVE TO ISSUE THE SHARE CERTIFICATES AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS ON NEW REGISTERED SOCIETY FOR MEMBERS WHO PURCHASED THEIR BUILDING AFTER 1994. INCASE THE FIST SOCIETY DISSOLVED THEN WHY THE NEW SOCIETY KEPT AN ADDITION TO ITS NAME (VIBHAG I) WHETHER THIS IS LEGAL OR NOT? SINCE FROM ITS INCORPORATION THE SOCIETY IS UNDER THE GOVERNANCE OF AN ADMINISTRATOR AS THE SOCIETY NOT ELECTED ITS OWN LEGAL COMMITTEE. THIS SOCIETY CONSISTS 365 MEMBERS AND THREE TYPE OF DWELLING PLACES. A TYPE, B TYPE AND E TYPE.
