Hello, I want to apply for an agency in MUMBAI. The agency rule is either I should own a commercial property in a chandivali area or if on rent than I must show the rent agreement and with registration No. The condition is that agreement must be of 15 yrs.
Now My question is
1. can I have 15 years agreement and that with registration?
2. what would be approximate cost of stamp duty and registration? if rent is 35000 Rs. per month and deposit is 1,50 000 Rs.
3. and what even after entering into the agreement and if I do not qualify for the agency? can I cancel the agreement and what would be possible loss?
I will sincerely appreciate the help on the questions.... no one is guiding my on this front and I hae jsut 2 weeks left...pls. guide
