Consent terms

Dear Team Members, Legal Experts

Warm Regards of the Moment,

Family "A" having 5 (five) i.e. (2 Brothers & 3 Sisters) Members and Family "B" having 8 (eight) (1 Mother, 2 Brothers & 5 Sisters) Members Signed on a Consent Terms in 1999.

In a Consent Terms Family "B" Mother filling Consent Terms as 'Plaintiff' and Family "A's" 2 Brothers & 2 Sisters becomes ‘Defendants’ No.1 to No.4 and Family "B's" 2 Brothers also becomes Defendants No.5 & No.6

But 1(one) Sister from Family "A" Deleted from Consent Terms & 5(five) Sisters from Family “B” also Deleted from Consent Terms.

Now my QUERY is that the above Consent Terms is (duly signed by the parties and Plaintiff’s advocate tendered, taken on record and marked ‘x’ Decree in terms of Consent Terms) as per law is valid or invalid.

Please give me suggestions for the above query.

Thanks & Regards

Rajendra Ramdeo Gupta
