Dear sir,
Paid 50,000/ towards club membership with the understanding that club will start functioning within three months, However the club did not starteven after two years. Now I demanded my deposit along with 18% interest but the builder returned only the deposit and no interest.
Kindly advise about going to consumer forum and the proceadur so that i can file by meselfcomplaint against the builder.
