Conveyance deed

Flat purchased with 2 son jointly as purchasers and father as confirming party.

In this situation, if 2 sons are owners, then what are the rights of the confirming party?

Can confirming party request for sale or any share from the flat?

The concept of using a confirming party is to avoid future litigation or claims arising with respect to the transaction.

It simply means though a certain party is not entitled over a property with absolute rights, he is confirming the sale transaction by joining with the sellers.

Therefore the confirming party do not have any rights for a share in the property for whatever reason.
