Dear Experts,
I am resident of a society in thane, the land owner had given conveyance to the developer in 1975. Now the sociey is formed but we(flat owners) have not yet received conveyance. also the landowner holds flat in the society and a member of Co-op hsg society and the society land is still on his name. He still poses as landlord and is resisting to co-operate with society regarding the deemed conveyance procedures. He is not willing to pay stamp duty.
What is the legal remedy to get society conveyance in case all the members do not agree for the same?
