Respected Sir/Madam,
We filed a case in CAT against govt institution for regularization of our service last year november 2014, but till date no counter file was filed against our writ, so how many days or years are eligible or possible for opposite party to file a counter file in court and also we want to know how many vayta or absentisim possible during hearing date.
If oppositie party did not file any counter file against our writ petition for more than a year means if there is any possibility for us to get a positive judgement in court?
