when it comes to court fee in tamilnadu for partition suit, say if am claiming for 1/13th share ( my share of the 13 legal heir) do i need to pay the court fee just on my share or the % on the entire property
say if the property worth is 1.3 crors, and if my share is 10 lakhs..is the court fee % based on 10 lakh or 1.3 crore ..this is for a ancestral property not under joint possession and we are a hindu family.
