Covered parking space

Dear All, Myself, Sreenivas, owner of One flat in Hyderabad. Builder has allaotted me coverd parking space (without driveway). Now Society has stating it can't incloude this matter because it has allocated by the builder as i am the only one suffering with coverd parking, Do we have any law which protect me to allow car parking space with driveway,Please advice.

You cannot claim it as right but can make representation in the next AGM and justify your issue.  It can be considered by the society by passing a resolution to his effect. Take the help of supporting members to veto for your cause in the meeting.
