Criminal Procedure Code Section 190,482

 

A widow smt. Rekhabai alleged that her son and daughter in the law threw

her out of a flat owned by her late husband. She filed a complaint against her

son and daughter in law with MR marg police station but police is refusing to

register FIR

 

Proceed with the matter for Rekhabai        We are plaintiff in this case

go through 156(3)cr.p.c.

first of all in criminal one shall be complainant not plaintiff.

simply draft complaint and present before concern magistrate.

order for police investigation shall be passed under section 156[3] of cr.p.c.

further if such order is not passed 202 can be passed for investigation by police
