hello,
in case of a partition suit in kurnool,AP,case, plaint vs 5 defendant ,
where 4 of defendants is asking for partition n favor of plaint and 1 defendant is against, can that 1 defendant ask to cross the rest of the defendant, or is she allowed to cross only the plaintiff.
if she asks to cross the othe defendants, can plantiff side object to it?
