Deed transfer

Hello experts- Due to my marriage dispute, I want to transfer my Property in Haryana to my mother name. Myself is the primary and my mother is secondary owner. May I know the best way (Gift deed or sale deed) to transfer my property to my mother name? what would be the total amount needs to be pay. What I heard in Haryana, there is no stamp duty while transferproperty in blood relationship

1. Gift deed would be the best option.

2. You will have to pay stamp duty, confirm it from local lawyers.

Thanks sir for your reply. is there any capital gain for me if I go with Gift deed?

It is better to go for gift deed for which the stamp duty will be very minimal.  For capital gains, you may consult your auditor, in my opinion, you may not be entitled, verify.
