what is the proceedure for absorption on deputaion in cent govt for a civilian employed in MES (millitary engg service as gr-4 or LDC) if the emplyee has completed 5 yrs on deputation?
Except in any subjudice case, an employee cannot remain indefinitely on deputation. Deputation can not be for a period of one year in normal case. After that period the organization, which has taken an employee on deputation, has either to absorb the employee in the organization or to send him back to his original employer.

Is it possible to absorb if the deputationist is from the same department/office where RR provides "Deputation/Absorption" method.
