Hello Members,

Just wanted to know the exact difference between an Supplementary Agreement, Addendum Agreement, Modification Agreement and Amendement Agreement.

Hi There,

Supplementary Agreement itself means it's like an "Agreement' that go hand in hand with the Parent or the Master Agreement whatseever named used.

Whereas the Addendum itself means "modifications typically omissions and/or additions" to be made to the Master or the Parent Agreement , even to the Supplementary Agreements again whatsoever named.
