I have filed a petition u/s 13 for divorce against my wife on the basis of cruelty .As she is not living with me for last 10 months continously and dis continously for last 4 years. we got married for last 5 years. she is now living with her JIJAJI in JAIPUR (RAJ) and she spent all that 4 years at his house and he is RICH MAN . I m form UDAIPUR (RAJ) and the distance to jaipur is around 400 km. last time we resides in UDAIPUR for 2 and half months onlly. Bfore it, she lived continously 2 years in JAIPUR at his JIJAJI home. as i m GOVT EMPLOYEE in UDAIPUR. we got married in JAIPUR. i dont want her with me in life bcz of long time not living with me and she is not trusful lady. our marriage was LOVE cum Arrange marriage and neithr dowry nor gift taken form her parnts becoz she belongs to very poor family thts why she lives with her JIJAJI. now i want to know tht;-
1 Can i file an application for ANTICIPATORY BAIL for me and my parents. my parnts are not livign with me since my marrige they live away for 160 k m frm my place.
2. She nvr lived to my parnts
3. how can i get anticipatory bail as i want it any how due to my in laws bad behviour they can do any thing on the basis of money and GUNDAGARDI
4. my lawyer is well known in my place UDAIPUR and his record is so good. he suggests me not to b worried about it but i m worried bcoz of behviour of my in laws. HOW CAN I MAKE AGREE MY LAWYER to proceed for ANTI. BAIL.
