Dob change in marriage certificate

Hello,

Our marriage was on 22/4/2016 at Guruvayur temple. Later function was held on 25/4/2016 at another auditorium and marriage registered at auditorium place with date of marriage as 25/4/2016.

My wife's actual dob is 23/6/1989 as per her Birth certificate.

But all her certificates including SSLC, 12th, BAMS, MD, TCMC registration certificates, aadhaar, driving license etc contain 21/7/1989.

Our marriage cetificate was created with her Birth certificate.

We are trying for Canada Family Visa. But due to this dob issue in marriage certificate, we are in trouble.

We have  tried to change DOB in marriage certificate from our municipality using her 10th marklist. But they have rejected since birth certificate was given as proof.

Hence please advice how to proceed.

Get the Hindu marriage registered under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 using SSCL certificate, the new Marriage Certificate under section 16 of the Act will be issued to you and use that for immigration purposes

Thank you Sir for your prompt reply.

We have a 1 year old baby. So please advice whether registering again under special marriage act is a good option or not??

How about her passport? Would she be allowed immigration to Canada without the valid passport?

Passport not taken now.

Confused whether to take passport with SSLC or withbirth certificate..
