To All Learned Members of the Legal community,
I have a independent bunglow in Pune, which , i want to rent it.
Agreed with a party for Rs 10,000/- as rent and Rs 35,000/- as deposit, through a broker.
Now the broker is asking for 7/12 extract, index 2 document , and tax paid receipt, are all these documents necessary for registered or a notarised agreement from my side?
Can we do a notary instead of a registered deed?
Is the notarised leave and liecence agreement a valid document?
Secondly do i need to do a police verification , what is the process.
